| preparation | Capriol the following preparation: The synergistic compounds EllipeiopsolB and Zeylenol (Capriol) were isolated from the leaves of the plant: the chloroform extract portion of the 95% ethanol extract of the pepper plant pipeca leaves (pipeca), 3.5g of the extract, was subjected to column chromatography with a 200-300 purpose silica gel sample, and each 20ml was a fraction. Elution with chloroform-acetone (9:1) was carried out and fractions 32-36, denoted as Fr02-32, were collected. Fr02-32 was separated and eluted with chloroform-methanol (95:5) to collect a fraction of 4-5, which was designated as Fr02-32-4, and weighed to MG after being evaporated under reduced pressure. Continue to separate Fr02-32-4, with chloroform-acetone (9:1) elution, respectively collect fraction 2-5 and fraction 6-10, were recorded as Fr02-32-4-2 and Fr02-32-4-6, the weight was 160mg and 220mg respectively after evaporation under reduced pressure. Fr02-32-4-2 and Fr02-32-4-6 were respectively purified several times to give a white solid Fr02-32-4-2 weighing 20mg and Fr02-32-4-6 weighing 35mg, which were pure by thin layer chromatography and liquid phase detection, and were respectively EllipeiopsolB and Zeylenol (kaempferol). |
